cluster name filters

Description of problem:
The results filtered through the filter contain some data that should not be present in cluster page

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create some cluster like acmqe-clc-auto-aws, acmqe-clc-auto-azure, acmqe-clc-auto-vmware and so on.
2. on cluster page, input one cluster name like acmqe-clc-auto-aws in filter to try to filter the clusters with name `acmqe-clc-auto-aws`

Actual results:
the cluster named `acmqe-clc-auto-vmware` and `acmqe-clc-auto-azure` will also be shown

Expected results:
should only list the clusters which name contains `acmqe-clc-auto-aws`.

G2Bsync This is working as designed. The search box above tables gives you a fuzzy search, so you can still find what you are looking for even if you misspell something or make a typo. The best match should be first in the table.
