bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2016185 was closed after a discussion with Ken and it was verified it was recover as ken asked.

Following my conversation with Ken i have killed the phcy2sys proc multiple times and it was recovered the issue should be closed as cannot reproduced.
