Please branch and build jsoncpp in epel9.

If you do not wish to maintain jsoncpp in epel9,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package.

I have tested the rawhide version and it builds without any changes in epel9.

I've requested the branch, and it has already been created.  Currently the build is failing, for https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/10435.

I'll retry to build the package as soons as the ticket has been resolved.
