Description of problem:
the snapshot modal is not showing a list of volumes that is supported for snapshot which will be included in the snapshot

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
master

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to any vm with disks that are supported for snapshot
2. move to `Snapshots` tab and click on `Take snapshot`

Actual results:
no list of volumes to be included in snapshot (only volume that will not be included)

Expected results:
should see all volumes and see which is included in snapshot and which isn't

Can we expand the disk list by default?
User has to click one button to show the disks for snapshot, which is not a good.
