Description of problem: We should be bumping the libraries of the cloud providers that we look after to Kubernetes 1.23. The following components will need to be bumped: - Cloud Provider GCP - Cloud Provider VSphere - Cloud Provider Alibaba - Cloud Provider VPC controller - Cloud Provider IBM - Cloud Provider Openstack

Removing blocker from this for now as I think everything else has been done apart from Alibaba @zhsun If we remove Alibaba from the requirements of this bug (I'll clone it to track), are we happy that all of the other providers have passed, then we can move this to verified?

Ok for me to move this to verfied. I notice the pr has been merged. Not sure if we still need clone a new bug. I want to run a regression, but found we don't have aws-cloud-controller-manager image in our payload https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2047998
I removed the blocker flag so we can keep this BZ for all of them. I have seen the bug you've linked there and am working on merging a fix, good find!
