Description of problem:
when deploying with /usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/environments/services/neutron-ovs-dpdk.yaml to enable ovs-dpdk the deployment command fails due to an issue in /usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/deployment/openvswitch/openvswitch-dpdk-baremetal-ansible.yaml

osp 17

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try deploy osp with ovs-dpdk using -e /usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/environments/services/neutron-ovs-dpdk.yaml

Actual results:
fails with errors as can be seen in the attached file

Expected results:
working ovs-dpdk

Additional info:
the issue can be worked around by changing RoleParametersValue in the last line of /usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/deployment/openvswitch/openvswitch-dpdk-baremetal-ansible.yaml to RoleParametersDpdk
