Description of problem:

matplotlib/backends/backend_qt5cairo.py is missing from rpm.

I did pip install matplotlib and found it was included.

Specific backends are in subpackages. For Qt5, it should be in `python3-matplotlib-qt`, which also installs the Qt5 dependencies. However, there is an error there and the Cairo files are not included.
