Description of problem: A significant challenge of configuring a RAN Distributed Unit is the number of reboots of the system required to configure the platform for the real time workload. This can increase the deployment time to upto 4 hours to deploy a single SNO. An improvement in the reboot recovery has been devised and can be leveraged to reduce the number of reboot required for a full DU deployment. This can greatly increase customer deployment velocity. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.10 How reproducible: Perform a normal SNO deployment and configure the platform for the DU Steps to Reproduce: 1. Deploy SNO 2. Configure platform for DU Actual results: Many reboots which may take upto 4 hours worst case. Expected results: Deployment in less than 2 hours. Additional info:
