Description of problem:
I have noticed my laptop fan never stops even when the machine is idle.
After removing these packages the fan finally stops again.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
speech-dispatcher-0.10.2-7.fc35.x86_64
speech-dispatcher-espeak-ng-0.10.2-7.fc35.x86_64

How reproducible:
Unaware how, it took a few days to make the speech-dispatcher busy again.
I haven't tested if it is always so after reboot.
