Description of problem:
Queried metrics can't be ordered on Oberve->Metrics page

4.10.0-0.nightly-2021-12-23-153012

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go Admin Console->Observe->Metrics
2. Input 'sum({job="node-exporter"}) by (__name__)' in the query textarea and click button 'Run Queries'
3. The results are not ordered by Name be default as before
4. Click Order arrow next to Name or Value failed to order results

Tested with 4.10.0-0.nightly-2022-01-08-215919
Metrics can be ordered now.
