Would it be possible to get access to the cluster when it fails in this way?

Setting blocker- as this does not appear to be a regression based on comment 6 and comment 7.  However, we do need to determine for certain whether the problem lies in the product or in the test itself.  It would also be useful to know whether the pass/fail rate changed significantly between 4.9 and 4.10.
