Description of problem:
Looks like MTV's new build id 2.3.0-2 is broken. Successfully Deployed MTV-2.3.0-2 and after clicking the URL when we are trying to reach UI we can see only "blank UI" and hence blocking us from Testing the UI.(Screenshot is attached)
Console log: Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<'

Fixed in version MTV-2.3.0-6, iib:154998 for Openshift 4.10.
