The auter package exists for EPEL 7+8, but not for EPEL 9.
There is no alternative to auter in EPEL 9, since dnf-automatic cannot do automatic reboots.

I ask that auter be rebuilt for EPEL 9.

Does not seems there is dependency blocking the build.
Please make it available ASAP. Waiting for such simple package since december 2021?
