Hello, it seems like it is similar to bug 1939547 which is fixed in OCP 4.8 and subsequent releases. Can you confirm?

Closing this as a duplicate of bug 1939547 which is an issue we addressed in 4.10

After evaluating I see no reason to overturn the original decision not to backport since there does not seem to be any direct impact on the health of cluster, HPA etc.
