flang.spec contains License: ASL 2.0 with exceptions But there is no such short name at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Licensing:Main Can you clarify it and use propper short name?
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 36 development cycle. Changing version to 36.
Under application of the new guidelines, I think this would be something like: License: Apache-2.0 WITH LLVM_exception %package doc License: Apache-2.0 WITH LLVM-exception AND BSD-2-Clause AND MIT However, I don't think we've officially approved the use of the LLVM exception. I've submitted this issue: https://gitlab.com/fedora/legal/fedora-license-data/-/issues/45
It's been renamed as "License: Apache-2.0 WITH LLVM-exception" in flang-15.0.0
