Description of problem:
Forklift-controller pod crashes during the image conversion stage (no virt-v2v pod is created)
Tested with RHV and VMware providers

Error from forklift-controller log:

Updating that this issue is reproducible on OCP/CNV 4.9 and OCP/CNV 4.10

Verified on MTV-2.3.0-15.
A RHEL 7 cold migration from RHV to NFS or Ceph-RBD/block pass.
