Updating that this issue is reproducible on OCP/CNV 4.9 and OCP/CNV 4.10
Fixed in version MTV-2.3.0-12 v4.9: iib:161586 v4.10: iib:161588
Verified on MTV-2.3.0-15. A RHEL 7 cold migration from RHV to NFS or Ceph-RBD/block pass.
