Description of problem: flat-remix-icon-theme takes a very long time to install. For me it was nearly 20 minutes but I set the priority of dnf to -10 after five minutes to fasten the process.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 0.0.20211214-2


How reproducible: Just upgrade to the newest version or install it freshly via dnf.


Steps to Reproduce: See above.

Actual results: Install time is nearly 20 minutes and the process seems to hang for the last 18 minutes because the progress is stuck at “Installing: flat-remix-icon-theme-0.0.20211214-2.fc35.noarch” with a nearly full bar.


Expected results: Faster installation or—if this is not possible—at least a better display of the progress.


Additional info: On my system it took the time to fix permissions and to rename the files from “<actual_filename>;61d3858d” to “<actual_filename>” but I don't know why it does that and why it takes so long.
