Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install atop

Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides python3-py3nvml needed by atop-2.7.0-1.el9.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)


Expected results:
atop to be installed
