Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):
Backport of several fixes in NS FS flows for 4.9.z
This feature is not GAd by redhat in 4.9 but is GAd for spectrumscale customers. For that we need these backports.

From a QE point of view, only regressions are expected since these fixes are for NS FS flows which are not tested in 4.9 anyway
