This bug was initially created as a copy of Bug #2037035 When requesting cinderclient to create a new attachment, it requires server_id as a required parameter which is not available when we're creating attachment from glance cinder store.

Proving that server_id parameter is now optional, as apposed to a previously required parameter, when calling cinderclient attachment in case of glance cinder store. Good to verify.
