Two "Storage Systems" tabs present in OpenShift Data Foundation page.

Version of all relevant components (if applicable):
ODF 4.10.0-66
OCP 4.10.0-0.nightly-2021-12-23-153012

Duplicate content in GUI.

No

Can this issue reproduce from the UI?
Yes

If this is a regression, please provide more details to justify this:
Yes, only one storage system tab was present in OCP4.9-ODF4.9 cluster.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an ODF cluster.
2. Go to Storage --> OpenShift Data Foundation
3. Check for "Storage Systems" tab


Actual results:
Duplicate "Storage Systems" tab present.

Expected results:
Only one "Storage Systems" tab should be present.

Additional info:
Reloading the page did not help.

The PR for this fix was merged on the 24th. Please use builds later than 24th. 
For ex: 4.10.0-0.nightly-2022-01-05-181126 contains the fix for this issue. 

I am closing this BZ for now, feel free to reopen if this issue persists.
