Introduce ghcX.Y packages to Fedora which can be parallel installed, in addition to the main ghc package.

ghc9.2, ghc9.0, and ghc8.10 are available now in Rawhide (and built for F35).

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 36 development cycle.
Changing version to 36.
