Description of problem:
Serverless installation is failing on CI jobs for e2e tests as the serverless operator is not available on the operator hub

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.9-latest


How reproducible: always


Actual results: Serverless installation is failing on CI jobs for e2e tests


Expected results: e2e tests should not fail for serverless

CI fix works fine. This doesn't affect the users, so mark it as verified.
