`ostree-2020.7-6.el8_4.x86_64` landed in RHCOS 49.84.202112142104-0 on Dec 14, 2021.

A newer version of RHCOS 4.9 that included the fixed `ostree` was included as part of OCP 4.9.12 on Jan 4, 2022
