Description David Hill 2022-01-07 00:51:03 UTC
Description of problem:
ReaR is not working well if controller role is not Controller and is ControllerStorageNfs instead:

PLAYBOOK: prepare-overcloud-backup.yaml **********************************************************************************************************************************
1 plays in /usr/share/ansible/tripleo-playbooks/prepare-overcloud-backup.yaml
[WARNING]: log file at /usr/share/ansible/tripleo-playbooks/ansible.log is not writeable and we cannot create it, aborting

[WARNING]: Could not match supplied host pattern, ignoring: Controller

So if a user is using (gosh) something else, it'll fail like the above.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
All

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use another role than Controller like ControllerStorageNfs for instance
3.

Actual results:
Prime number above

Expected results:
No failures

Additional info:
User is not using Controller role but ControllerStorageNFS... either this is a doc bug or a Ansible bug.
