Description of the problem: one OCP 311 node has two role, infra and master, but only one infra role is displayed on Grafana console

1. Navigate to Grafana dashboard - OCP 3.11 /
Kubernetes / Summary by Node Type - OCP 3.11
2. nodes has two role, but only one displayed


Actual results: 

Expected results: two node roles should be displayed

Verified by 2.5.0-DOWNSTREAM-2022-01-19-20-35-27, issue is fixed, close it.
