Description of problem:

In order to work around https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2032573 a patch was made to not check OperationalStatus for baremetal nodes. Now that the fix for https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2032573 has merged, that patch can be reverted.
