Description of problem:

When creating a VM with the UI wizard from a RHEL7/8 template the UI incorrectly suggests that SSH access with password is enabled when missing an authorized key.

See attached screenshot.

RHEL7/8 templates have SSH access with password disabled.

4.9

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create VM with the virtual machine wizard
2. Select RHEL7/8 template
3. Create virtual machine (without customization)

Actual results:

UI suggests using password auth for SSH.

Expected results:

UI should suggest adding an authorized key.
