Description of problem:
UI fails to connect back-end due to incorrect certificate, user sees error 500

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): MTV 2.3-10


How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy required build on OCP 4.10
2. Try to reach MTV UI

Actual results: UI is not functional

Fixed on MTV-2.3.0-11, iib:159147 for OCP-4.10

Moving to Verified per MTV QE team confirmation this issue is no longer there on MTV-2.3.0-11.
