1. Proposed title of this feature request
Able to generate custom patch reports with desired date.

3. What is the nature and description of the request?

I want to pull the report with a definite date.

Like, suppose I have patched the servers on 14 Dec and if I am pulling the report on say 21 Dec, but still I want an option to but the date as 14 Dec that no new packages which are released between 14 - 21 Dec or any vulnerables/CVE.

4. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
To manage patching in the infrastructure. 

5. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
By generating custom reports.

Go to PATCH app -> select any previous date -> select the servers -> generate report to see the patch report on that particular date.

Development Team, who will be working on this please, need a report in such a way that the advisories recommendations with a back date is required in filter.
