Description of problem :

When clicked on action "Add Capacity" , the add modal was absent . The screen blinked and no new tab or add modal appeared.

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1. Create storage system/cluster .
2. Navigate to storage --> Openshift Data Foundation --> Storage System .
3. On the far right of the storage system name ,click on three dots --> add capacity .


Actual results:
-----------------
Add modal for add capacity is missing.

Expected results:
-----------------
Add modal should be present.

Just FYI, not a blocker: we can still add capacity from Installed Operators > Operator details > Storage System > click on three dots > Add Capacity.

Hi

Tested with the following builds :-

OCP :- 4.10.0-0.nightly-2022-02-02-000921

ODF :-  4.10.0-132

**Following steps were performed :-

1. Created storage system and directed to the far right of the storage system name ,clicked on three dots --> add capacity .

** Observations 
1. Add modal for add capacity was present and was functional (Screenshot for same is attached in comment #6)


Moving the bug to verified state .
