/var/lib/dhcp/dhcpd.leases is not created at end of the install.

make a :
root@localhost> touch /var/lib/dhcp/dhcpd.leases

And all ok after this...

Fixed in my dhcp package.

Apologies for the unresponsiveness of the previous dhcp packager...
