This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.
Description of problem:
When s_server is working in -rev mode and it receives a TLS record with plaintext 2^14 bytes long, it will return two records, one 2^14-1 bytes long and 1 byte long. This makes it had to use it to verify regressions like in bug 1953619.

There is slight unexpected behaviour for AES(128|256)_CBC_(SHA|SHA256) ciphers without use of EtM on x86_64 that's not entirely clear if it should be considered a bug or not: https://github.com/openssl/openssl/issues/17656, for now, I'll allow it for bug verification
