Description of problem: Toolbox was incorrectly rebased to v0.0.99.3 (which corresponds to github.com/containers/toolbox). It should stay at v0.0.8, the latest downstream release of github.com/coreos/toolbox Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): toolbox-0.0.99.3-0.4.el8 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install latest nightly of OCP 4.10 2. Connect to console of any RHCOS node 3. Run 'toolbox' command as root Actual results: The wrong toolbox utility will run, and users will be prompted to pull the registry.access.redhat.com/ubi8/toolbox container image. The toolbox container image does not contain the sos package, which provides the sosreport utility. Expected results: The correct toolbox utility runs, placing the user into an interactive shell of a container based on registry.access.redhat.com/rhel8/support-tools
