Hi 

Tested with the following builds :-

OCP :- 4.10.0-0.nightly-2022-02-11-123954
ODF :- 4.10.0-148


**Observations:-

The 'CSI addons' was hidden in operator hub  and under installed operators page as well (screenshot for the same is attached in comment#3 an comment#4)

Hence moving the bug to verified state.
