This problem was fixed as part of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2019819 in `rdma-core-32.0-5.el8_4`

The fixed version of the package landed in RHCOS 47.84.202112161046-0 on Dec 16 2021

This version of RHCOS (or newer) was included as part of OCP 4.7.41 on Jan 19
