This is a dependency for python-tomli-w's test suite. If you do not wish to maintain python-pytest-randomly for EPEL 9, or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner, the Python and EPEL Packaging SIG would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package; please grant commit access to the python-sig group, and either commit access to the epel-packagers-sig group, or collaborator access on epel* branches. I would also be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS: salimma). https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/epel/epel-package-request/
python-pytest-randomly requires python-pytest-xdist (BZ2032588) and python-factory-boy (not built and doesn't have BZ). @salimma can you open a BZ for python-factory-boy? If not I'll do next week.
I've added python-sig and epel-packagers-sig as admins on python-pytest-randomly. I won't be able to help with EPEL9 but please feel free to go ahead and branch/build it.
python-factory-boy is only needed for 3 tests. I suggest deselecting them instead. As for the importlib-metadata dependency - why don't we build the version that was in Fedora 34 that does not need it?
