RHEL Engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on RHEL 6 through RHEL 9 to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. Bugs of Red Hat partners with an assigned Engineering Partner Manager (EPM) are migrated in late September as per pre-agreed dates. The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem: "wpa_cli status" timed out after updating the selinux packages

How reproducible:
- As per Cu, he installed a VM with the latest RHEL 8.4 version published on his Satellite Server. wpa_cli works RHEL 8.4. 
- After that he updated the VM to the next available (RHEL 8.5) version on our Satellite and confirmed that wpa_cli is timing out
 
# wpa_cli status
Selected interface 'ens3'
'STATUS' command timed out.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. As per Cu, he installed a VM with the latest RHEL 8.4 version published on his Satellite Server. wpa_cli works RHEL 8.4. 
2. Update the selinux packages.

From 

selinux-policy-3.14.3-80.el8.noarch 
selinux-policy-targeted-3.14.3-80.el8.noarch 
To

selinux-policy-3.14.3-67.el8_4.2.noarch 
selinux-policy-targeted-3.14.3-67.el8_4.2.noarch 

Actual results:

# wpa_cli status
Selected interface 'ens3'
'STATUS' command timed out.

Expected results:
It should return the output without error.
