Please fix debugbreak at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
debugbreak will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 37,
debugbreak will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Florian Weimer suggested[1] that this is probably a known GDB bug[2]. I’ll try to check that when I have a chance.

I did a successful local mock build with the patched RPMs from the scratch build linked in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2042664#c4, which confirms this really is due to that particular GDB bug.
