This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 36 development cycle. Changing version to 36.
This package has been dropped from Fedora 37 (and 38). For more details, see https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/dotnet-build-reference-packages/c/f9874ae6c13e6db7e534d77d08502127df1594f2?branch=rawhide > .NET Core 3.1 is going to be End-of-Life'd on Dec 13, 2022 (see https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/platform/support/policy/dotnet-core#lifecycle). The upstream .NET project does monthly releases to fix security issues. We shouldn't ship this package in a new Fedora version once we can no longer fix the suspected security issues. As an alternative, .NET 6 is now available in Fedora and is supported until Nov 2024 years by upstream.
