Description of problem:
Add new translations from Sprint 212.

Steps to verify:
  Change the languages to Japanese, Chinese and Korean in user settings
and verify that the ceph storage translations are in the selected language
 Now the translations are present in Japanese, Korean and Chinese so this is verified
