As of Feb 21, 2022 CentOS Stream contains kernel-4.18.0-365.el8 (https://koji.mbox.centos.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=21111) which has the fix:

- drm/i915: Flush TLBs before releasing backing store (Dave Airlie) [2044329] {CVE-2022-0330}
