Description of problem:
Package python-tmuxp fails to build from source in Fedora Rawhide.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.9.2-1.fc35

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f36 python-tmuxp-1.9.2-1.fc35.src.rpm

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 36 development cycle.
Changing version to 36.
