fix sendmail logwatch script to allow 6-digit PIDs

The sendmail script in logwatch assumes that PIDs have up to 5 digits. They have up to 6 now. The attached patch fixes this.

NOTE: Current sendmail version in CentOS always leaves room for 6 digits for the PID in the queue ID, while my patch is more generic and assumes that the log being processed by logwatch could have been generated by a sendmail version which leaves room for either 5 or 6 digits.
