Description of problem: When entering to a RH supported template, it changes the project (namespace) to “OpenShift”

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter the Templates page in Virtualization
2. Choose one of the RH provided templates
3. The Project changed to OpenShift
4. When going back to templates page - it will be on the "OpenShift" project and it will look like all of your VMs and Templates were deleted

This is still happening on the new UI.

Yes, I can also see it in VMs, 

if you are on all-namespaces
a. go to vms list page
b. choose a vm from specific namespace
c. go back to vms list page

actual:
stay in same namespace

expeceted:
see all-namespace

opened a new bug for 4.11, I don't think it's the same bug, because it affect vms too:
