Description of problem:
In https://github.com/openshift/cluster-monitoring-operator/pull/1532 we remove access to the Prometheus UI.
Two origin tests would break after this is merged.

How reproducible:
Run tests with PR linked above.

Steps to Reproduce:

Expected results:
Tests should use and endpoint that is not scheduled to be removed.
