Description of problem:
When trying out Export Application in topology sometimes the Job do not completes.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible: Intermittent


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install the gitops-primer operator(community)
2.In topology having a workload click on Export Application button
3.Wait for it to complete

Actual results:
Download option do not appear even after waiting for 10 minutes

Expected results:
Job should get complete with download option shown to the user
