Please branch and build python-ntlm-auth in epel9.

Are you sure that you want this? It requires md4 hashes, which requires changes to the OpenSSL crypto policy. According to the upstream maintainer:

> The ntlm spec required md4/md5 to be used as part of calculating the hash and we can't change the spec. In reality NTLM is a really old protocol that you honestly shouldn't be using if possible, when you are in a domain environment then take the time to start using Kerberos.

If you still insist on branching this, I will do so. I only maintain this, because it's still required by python-winrm which is required for ansible-core (which I maintain) to interface with Windows hosts.
