The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
`rpmdbCookie()` API function does not work in FIPS mode. The implementation of the function uses SHA1, which is not available in FIPS mode. 

How reproducible:
Call the `rpmdbCookie()` function in FIPS mode and check its result. Returns empty.

Actual results:
Empty return value.

Expected results:
cookie of the rpm database.

I found the problem during solving https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2043476

AC:
* rpmdbCookie() (ts.dbCookie() in Python) returns a SHA256 hash now.
We don't need a specific Beaker test for RPM here; the function itself is covered by our upstream suite (which is also run in Beaker) so that should suffice for regression testing purposes, and for the SHA256 part, the test for DNF Bug 2043476 will be used.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a
resolution of ERRATA.
