Please can a EPEL 9 branch of python-mock be built.

I have confirmed that rawhide python-mock-4.0.3-2 does build 
and install in a centos-stream-9-x86_64 mock.

python-html5lib does not need python-mock, see the first commit in https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-html5lib/pull-request/6
